No Refunds or Exchanges without a receipt.

A Store Credit Slip is issued for any returns.

Layaways are a minimum of 20% down and Non-Refundable. Balance due in 30 days.

For their safety, children are welcome to visit WITH their parent or guardian.

Please do not ask us to "Put On Hold" any livestock.

We do not "trade-in" saltwater fish.

Forms of Payment: Cash, Credit, and Debit. We do not accept checks as payment, sorry!

Livestock guarantees
Freshwater Fish: 48hrs, replacement only. If fish are "ON SALE," no guarantee.
​
Saltwater Fish: NO Guarantee.
​
Feeders: NO Guarantee.
​
Reptiles/Amphibians: 7 day replacement IF and ONLY IF a proper habitat, vitamin supplement, lighting, and diet was purchased AT THE TIME of the sale. If purchased without, the guarantee is 24hrs.

Q: Do you sell feeder mice and rats?
A: Yes, we offer feeder mice, and three sizes of feeder rats. Occasionally we will sell pinkie/fuzzy mice and rats. The feeder rodents are usually in stock, but we sometimes run out due to demand. Call for availability!

Q: Do you do fish trading?
A: No, we will not do any fish trading period.
Q: What types of other feeders do you carry?
A: We carry feeder bugs such as small and large crickets, meal worms, super worms, and nightcrawlers.
Q: What types of feeder fish do you sell?
A: We sell four different sizes of feeder fish. From smallest to largest, the feeders we carry are as follows: Guppies, Rosey Reds, Goldfish, and Comets. They are usually always available but we sometimes run out due to demand. Call for availability!
Q: Can I donate my fish and/or reptiles to you if I can no longer keep them?
A: Often, we can take donated fish and reptiles. It depends on what it is, so just give us a quick call and ask!
Q: Do you carry aquatic plants for my planted tank?
A: Yes! We carry an assortment of aquatic plants. Call or visit us for availability.
